Appointments may be booked online by using the secure booking service or by phone.
Please know your comfort is my priority and will proceed with treatment with the decision you choose.
I understand that last minute changes can happen, so if you will not be able to attend your appointment, feel free to send a friend in your place.
If you need to cancel, please provide at least 12 hours notice. Last minute cancellations will be charged $35, while missed appointments will be charged the full service fee.

In 2014, I graduated from the massage program at Everest College.
Since then, I have been passionate about the positive effects of massage therapy on the body and mind–and I motivate my clients to be active participants in their healing process.
What motivates me? Clients feedback after treatment, such as; Reduced and Eliminated Pain, Reduced Stress/Depression/Anxiety, Better Quality of Sleep, Improved Joint Mobility, Improved Circulation, Reduced Muscle Tension, Increased Sports Performance and faster Recovery Time and Increased Range-of-Motion.
I can provide an invigorating sports massage for fatigued and sore muscles (post-workout). I can also assist with injury rehabilitation, migraine relief or tension-related headaches. I also provide relaxation treatments.
I am also a certified Reiki Therapist and a proud member of the Registered Massage Therapists’ Association of Ontario.
